Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification

Service Description

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification equips advanced practitioners with the skills to identify and eliminate waste caused by variation, using the DMAIC methodology and advanced statistical analysis tools. Participants will gain the expertise to lead large-scale process improvement projects, make data-driven decisions, and reduce variation in critical business processes. To earn Black Belt certification, students must complete a real-world project, with 6 hours of personal mentoring included to guide project development. Access to SigmaXL statistical analysis software (Excel add-in) is required for completing statistical tasks. This course consists of sixteen 2.5-hour sessions plus 6 hours of 1-on-1 mentoring. Delivered via Zoom with a live instructor, it includes real-time collaboration, problem-solving, and practical applications of leadership principles for immediate, actionable learning.
