Gain the skills to confidently handle difficult conversations, whether addressing performance issues, tardiness, or personal challenges. This course equips employees, supervisors, and managers with tools to navigate sensitive topics constructively and ensure positive outcomes. Learn to provide effective feedback, diagnose what makes conversations difficult, and apply step-by-step strategies to manage tough discussions. Understand conflict styles and use PDCA as a roadmap for communication. Through case studies and role plays, participants will build practical experience and confidence in managing challenging conversations while avoiding common pitfalls. Tough Talk is offered in two formats: Two 2.5-hour sessions (live virtual via Zoom) One 5-hour workshop (live virtual or in-person) Both formats combine interactive discussions, real-world case studies, and dynamic role plays to ensure participants leave with practical, actionable skills.
